You and your general practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB). YYGP is also available in different languages on the NHS England website.
The Independent Complaints and Advocacy Service commissioned by Local Authorities will support Patients further understanding of the complaints processes and options available to them - to help ensure they are fully informed and supported. We are now using a NEW online platform called Accurx - this replaces PATCHS.

New Telephone Call-Back Service
This practice now offers a ‘Call-Back’ service following an upgrade to our telephone systems. From the 20th of December you will hear a message which will tell you how to request a call back. However, you will still have the option to remain on the line if you need an urgent appointment.  Please note however, that if you ask for a call back, you will need to be available to answer your telephone as we are unable to make multiple calls. If you miss the call, you will need to call the surgery back.
NHS Digital New Primary Care Data Collection Service
NHS Digital has recently announced it is setting up a new primary care data collection service.
